Welcome to "PromptAI Teleprompter" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We deeply understand the importance of personal privacy and are highly committed to protecting it. This policy aims to explain how the App handles your device permissions and data.

        Core Commitment: The core computations of this App (including AI Voice Sync, portrait cutout rendering, etc.) are performed entirely offline based on Apple devices' On-Device Processing capabilities. We will never upload your videos, audio, facial data, or text scripts to any cloud servers.
    

1. How We Access and Use Device Permissions

To provide you with teleprompting and video recording services, the App requires the following system permissions upon your explicit authorization:

Camera: Used to record videos and provide real-time portrait background blur previews. All image processing is done locally on your device in real-time.
Microphone: Used to record video audio and provide ambient audio streams for the "AI Voice Sync" feature.
Speech Recognition: Used to convert your voice into text progress to enable automatic scrolling of the teleprompter. This process utilizes Apple's official local Speech framework; we do not collect or store your voice transcription records.
Photo Library: Used exclusively to save the generated MP4 video files to your local album when you actively finish recording and confirm saving. The App will never secretly read your private photos or videos in the background.

2. Data Storage and Security

Completely Localized: All teleprompter scripts, formatting settings, and recorded videos created within the App are securely stored in your device's sandbox and photo album. We have no backend databases to collect your personal information or creative content.

Unless you actively send files to third parties via the system's sharing features, no one can access this data.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure

Since we do not collect your personal information or creative data, we never (and cannot) sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third-party platforms, advertisers, or data analytics agencies.

4. Your Rights

You have absolute control over your device. If you wish to revoke any of the aforementioned permissions, you can always go to iOS "Settings" -> "Privacy & Security" or find the App at the bottom of the "Settings" to toggle off the respective permissions. Please note that revoking permissions may cause certain features within the App (such as recording or voice sync) to stop functioning properly.

5. Protection of Minors' Privacy

The App is not designed for minors, and since we do not collect any personal data, we will not intentionally collect any sensitive information from minors.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy

As product features iterate or laws and regulations update, we may revise this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be updated on this page, and we recommend that you check back periodically.
